by the actions of a few

but, y'know, to every rule

there's an exception or two

don't be no fool,

I'm here to tell you

Serial killers make lousy neighbors

worse than a thief, drunk, or whore,

the whole hood can get the blues

when one o' them moves in next door

whether by his lonesome or in twos

Bianchi & Buono, Bundy, Berkowitz,

Dahmer, Gacy, Kemper, Corll & pals,

they can give ya the fits

whether they're offing guys or gals

Serial killers make lousy neighbors

they can stink up the whole block

until it's drawing every fly,

toss property values in a crock

& that's not the only reason why
