   in bondage

imprisoned

      guiltless

         but

sentenced

   to life

no appealing the

         permanence

   of the

      sentence

called cerebral palsy

the sentence of

   senseless

       shakes and

         shivers and

        stoppages

called cerebral palsy

"paralyzed"

   yet moving

   unceasingly

         in the

   pronunciation

         of the special

       paralysis

called cerebral palsy

moving for

   no reason, to

no rhyme

   that is the joke

         for the

   puppet

      that is the

         person

      on the string

         of the chaos

called cerebral palsy

 the sickness

    inseparable

       from self

still the self

   dreams

      and

      learns

inside the shaking

   fantasizes

        and plans

amid the shivers

   feels the sun

         and

   hears the songs

moving through the

      stoppage

called cerebral palsy

buzz-wheeling

   over the

        mathematical earth

a planet which

      makes way

   which

      must

         make way

for the person-quake-

      person who

tears

   through

      the bondage

    most peculiar

called cerebral palsy
